Lack of Service!
Must have been the worst customer service I have ever received. I have complained numerous times, yet no one cares. They have called me 3 times to check if anyone has contacted me regarding my issue and that's the only calls I have received from them. I have no idea why my insurance would recommend this company if their service is this bad. I would not recommend them to absolutely anyone. If anything, I urge you not to make the same mistake I did.
