Lack of Accountability and Transparency!!!

I have had my car with Renew it from 01 April and to this date, they still can't tell me how long it should take to get my car fixed. They keep calling me every week to give me an update which is really not an update if you not going to tell me how long the repair is going to take.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable and I am not suspecting they haven't started repairing my car yet. At this stage, I am now suspecting it is going to take months to get my car fixed.<br> <br> Not happy with the service at all, please someone tell me when will I get my car. That's the least you could do, some transparency!!
