Kaylnne from Renew It Randburg is actually very unprofessional

Kaylnne from Renew It Randburg is actually very unprofessional. When my car came back from repairs, I realised that the keyless entry on my passenger door and boot were not working. I sent it back to them to fix that. They fixed the passenger door; but kept insisting that the one on the boot has never worked. She kept talking about how they work with cars so they know what they are talking about. She was basically making it seem like I’m crazy when I told her that it used to work and they must fix it. She started losing her patience and raising her voice at me for something I know well. She’s extremely unprofessional and really made my experience with Renew It unbearable
