Jacqui was an absolute star. I requested a particular date for the car to be ready.She kept me informed at each stage and didn’t over promise, but more importantly provided me with a realistic date of delivery. True to her word, my vehicle was ready on the said date. Hats off to Jacqui for her commitment and professionalism.
