|Incomplete repair and no after service.

<p>I used Renew-it randburg to repair my vehicle in 2016. I left my car with them for 2 months to give them ample time to repair the front of my vehicle. I dealt with Salim and I had no feedback from him during the course of the repair. I had to phone to find out about the progress. On the 26th of October 2016 I was in hospital and I sent my friend to pick up my vehicle as I rented a vehicle during the time of the repair. My friend immediately notified me that my temperature guage was not working nor was the PDC. I had no other choice as to take my car back as I have already spend R12000 on car rental. I spoke to Ameila Geldenhuys and raised my concern that the car is not repaired and not only that, they kept my car's service book as well as my cars book together with other belongings. Salim promised that this will be delivered to me. None of these things realised. Ameila promised to speak to management about a car for me whilst they are fixing my car for the second time. Amelia has never contacted me again, nor has she made any further attempts to resolve this matter. They have all my belongings together with my car's books and they are making no efforts to give good customer service. </p>
