incompetance at renew it
the service is ridiculous. I am wiating for a grill for my car now for over 3 months.Since the silver one is on back order from germany i have asked if tgey cant cancel that one and get me the black one. they say they cant cancel it as itsbin process. how is it in process as as thet dont have the part and cabt get it. Surely u can cancel something that is not avilable ? i have spoken to the manager and thus is the same answer i get. I am asking them to work with me and find a solution whuch tgey refuse. cantvtgey jsut order a black grill if it is available?
