I was sent here by my insurance company, prices are high and service is disappointing. The original lady handling my case was terrible with communicating crucial information, returning calls and no professionalism on the phone when you did manage to get ahold of her! Then I came upon Mary Jane by chance and she turned my experience around. What a warm hearted woman, going above and beyond to keep me updated, even after hours. The actual service from the workshop side wasn't great but Mary Jane made no excuses, nor did she turn a blind eye to the issues, she instead said to bring the vehicle back and noted the issues herself and tried to get the workshop to rectify the errors. An overall disappointing experience with Renew it Randburg, but their only asset is Mary Jane - a rose amongst the thorns! Ask for her by name and it'll save you the frustration of dealing with people who don't value their customers. Thanks for the amazing work ethic Mary Jane
