I want to sincerely thank Thembi Kofi for her exceptional service during a very stressful time after my car was damaged. From the first call, she was warm, kind, and professional. She kept me updated every step of the way and showed genuine care and patience throughout the process. Thembi went above and beyond, liaising with the panel beaters to ensure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Her empathy and dedication made a difficult situation much easier. I also want to commend the panel beaters for their great work. Thembi is truly a gem, and I’m so grateful for her.
