I WANT MY CAR PLEASE!!!!

Car has been there since 18th Dec 2019... Jip 13th Feb 2020 today and nothing. Got about 5 due dates the last 2/3 weeks and still no car. Something comes up every time. I don't even blame the customer serves agents as I went into the workshop at the back and they're so flippin overbooked. Someone needs to realise quality and customer service is better then quantity. Trying to get more money but not doing your work. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
