How to not get your vehicle repaired

My vehicle was send for repairs to them and it took 3 rounds of repairs to get it done. And a 14 day job becomes a 3.5 months of pure frustration resulting from shocking customer service and poor quality workmanship. Round 1 - I receive my vehicle after repairs with a faulty steering rack 'n pin, a missing boot door cover and a missing spare wheel bracket pin. Round 2 - I receive my vehicle after repairs and it incurs damage as a result of faulty shock/s, one of which was repaired during round 1. Renew-it blames manufacturer and vice versa. Round 3 - bonnet is misaligned and spay job has "fisheyes" (term for flaws in paint) in it. All of this are rework from round 1. Enough said...
