Horrific service

I am in the insurance industry. my clients Vehicle was authorized to renew it Randburg. like many of the reviews Iv seen the work done is horrific. they delivered my clients car in a rush. when the client inspected the car it seems like there was damage to the rim and Tyre. they wanted to pass the busk back to the insurer and claim this from them. after much back and forth they said they would repair the car. the client or myself have to constantly email or call for update. This week the car was meant to be collected , the tow truck came and left as the battery of the car was dead. many faults and missing parts like the spare tire have been picked up since. the client has not been contacted since monday.
