Horrible service and lack of communication!!

Worst service ever!!! Jade, Christo and Thembi were unhelpful. Christo qoated me on R42k, they demanded a certain percentage but i paid the full amount the day I dropped off my car. Christo then sent me an email demanding payment a few hours later. The same day in the afternoon Jade emailed me another quote with additional unseen damages which costed about R5k, they would not proceed with the repairs without my consent. I then responded to the email giving them a go ahead, I advised that i will pay the remaining R5k upon collection.

Thembi was my service advisor who was never on her desk every time i called to get a feedback on the progress of the repairs, she promised me that my car will be ready within 2 weeks as the damages were minor and yet continued to ignore me when I did a follow up . On the day of the collection when i was about to pay. . Christo and Thembi went to a private room and came back with a new invoice😳 I was told the remaining amount is no longer R5k it has increased to R14k, to my surprise they never communicated with me the new quote. Jade never emailed me a 3rd quotation, and I never aggreed to that. They refused to give back my car and Christo told me they will investigate and yet continued to give me an attitude. I am deeply hurt by their treatment.

Worst of all… they did not fix everything! My car was still not in good condition but they demanded full payment for the repairs they did not complete! Long story short, I had to pay an additional fee in order to get my car back.

My reverse camera is not positioned properly and when i told them they ruined it even worse.

Few hours after i had collected my car a lady called me to say my car is ready for collection 🙄 worst service ever!
