Horrible customer servicing

my car has been with renew-it randburg for almost three months now, while they were in the middle of repairing the car they told me that they picked up that there will be additional cost , this happed two times. and i was told that the car will be ready this week. I called them this morning and now they're telling me a different story. this so frustrating , there's no one updating as to when will i get back the car. this shows the sign of disrespecting the customers and they don't care.
