Horrible customer service

Overall the service was dead average, they didn’t fix the original but hole wound in the car so we had to go back once to view the car and it was still full of blood they didn’t clean the car, we went back the second time managed to do something to the mirror that they were now not working, these mirrors are still not fixed properly and I’m still making a noise when we open and close the car, when I finished the car it was still on the seats they were so in the backseat they didn’t bother to clean the car, while the outside looked fine they really didn’t take good care of the car, and they didn’t care on how traumatic it is to see your car again when they didn’t bother to clean the blood out of the car, and cost us a further 2k to have the car cleaned and, now we have to figure out why the mirrors which were never damaged don’t work properly after they damaged them.

Over all I wouldn’t recommend going there they turn over to many cars and don’t bother to have a checklist to see what they must do prior to the client viewing the car.
