Highly disappointed, not renewed
Poor feedback through out the repair process. I waited a full month for my vehicle to be repaired only to find out on collection that some damage was not authorised for repair and I was not made aware. They have poor customer service, I was asked to complete a customer survey that requires the vehicle to be in my possession prior to collection and without any images of my vehicle.
