Happy to have my car back good as new
During the 7 week period my car was in for repairs (twice, after it broke down 2 days after I first collected it), I had periods of good and not so good service. The best part was the extra mile my consultant went on my behalf, responding very quickly to send me a driver and flat bed when the car broke down the 2nd time, and replacing a missing item from my car after I had collected it. The worst part was the lack of response at times from the said consultant, not returning my calls or messages, and being impossible to reach for days at a time. It is extremely frustrating not knowing what is happening when you've been told that you will get your car back in the next few days, only to have to call them to find out this in fact would not happen as mentioned. If that part of the service were better, I would be giving 5 stars here. Unfortunately there is room for improvement.
