Hail damage fixed, came back with other problems

My car was sent to Renew-it Randburg for hail damage repairs. After 1 month the car was not back yet and my courtesy car was expiring so when i enquired about it they told me they are waiting for parts as my passenger side handle was broken. Fair enough.<br> I managed to get the car back without the handle and they advised they would contact me when the part is there for me to take the car back and get it fitted.<br> After inspecting the car I noticed a big scratch on the roof that was not there, my ABS brakes do not work anymore which is a BIG concern, there is a dent in my front number plate, my left mirror's indicator does not work, my number plate lights no longer work.<br> Everything was working PERFECTLY before the car went there for hail damage repair. <br> There is just no urgency to get any of these issues fixed. The only response they have is to tell you that they will contact you, which they never do!<br> This is a Mercedes Benz but I might as well be driving a Tazz will all the faults at the moment.<br> I need help to get a response or game plan from them to fix my car.<br> THanks<br>
