Good job

<p>I had my car repaired at Renew-It Randburg.</p> <p> </p> <p>My service agent was Lana Adams, unfortunately she was on sick leave during the course of the repair and I wasn't getting updates as expected and rated the service poor. </p> <p> </p> <p>When she got back she called me and explained everything and went out of her way to make it up for the service I got during her absence.</p> <p> </p> <p>My car was making some funny noices on the Front-Right suspension and my insurance; Budget's assessor only approved the Left-Hand side because that's where he assumed the damage was, regardless of the having hit the pavement with both wheel. However, Lana arranged for one of her technicians; Manny Nobela to help and he also went an extra mile by helping with the air-bag fault that was caused by under-voltage (while playing my sound). She also gave me a free wash.</p> <p> </p> <p>To Lana and Manny I say thanks, keep up the good work.</p>
