Good before. But bad after service

I have to start and say that Renew-it did exceptional paint and dent job on my car on the left side back door. I Give them that. They lost me as a client due to the fact that my blanket, windscreenshield, original Toyota chr floor carpets was removed out of my car and not placed back. After calling numerous times they delivered my blanket and sun screen wi down protector. They said they will investigate the carpets. My momentum broker followed up with them and myself after numerous mails and calls trying to resolve the matter before going to social media. I warned them this will be the case if they keep on ignoring me and my broker. I went and bought other carpets (the original ls won't be found again) I paid R560 for the new carpets and they will refund me or will be sued for that that amount. If you take something g out PUT it back! I can't understand why everything was removed in the first place just for n small dent and sprat job on a car door. I'm sure this is and will not be the fist and last issue like this. The lack of communication is poor. After sales service even worse. Keep your standards high and don't drop the ball after you got paid R11 000 +
