Good all I would like to share my experience when I was dealing and serviced by Jacqueline Senna at your Randburg branch. My car was involved in an accident on 5 October 2024 (White Polo Vivo) JV42YNGP and was taken to Renew-It Randburg branch. Jacqueline was in contact with me when the car arrived at your offices. She kept me updated on a weekly basis on the repairs. I have never met her but I received consistant update, amazing. I could not fetch the car in December 2024 due to personal reasons. She gave me an assurance that my car is safe. I finaly met her on 10 Jan 2025 when I collected my car. What a warm welcome, it was as if we know each other She is very professional, passionate about her job, peoples person, a good listener, self confidence, strong communication skills.
