First promised that has been kept by a service provider that I have dealt with

<p>I recently had my car repaired at Randburg Renew It.</p> <p>I dealt with Beatrix the lady that books in the cars, her manager I do not remember his name</p> <p>and Lana the lady who provided feedback on the progress of my car.</p> <p>I was promised that my car would be red flagged and would be ready within 14 days, and I received it back within the 14 days as apposed to the 21 days that was intially communicated. I explained taht I did not have a rental car and was struggling with transport. Beatrix's manager ensured that they would do everything they could to have it repaired sooner.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lana did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle and the handover was smooth and very friendly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great job Renew It Randburg.</p> <p>Thank you for the excellent service and job well done!</p> <p>I am pleased and do not regret bringing my car to you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbsup to Lana, Beatrix and the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Roxane </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
