<p>during the days we did not have a car, we could not understand and whenever we call Lana was always busy but when we got the call to fetch the car, i even felt for her , running up and down and that was around about 5pm ... she was very professional and very helpful. thank you Renew-it :) thank you Lana Best service ever. :)</p>
