False promise, then False promise again, and again, Cost you money, and Finaly Insult you

My vehicle has been with Renew It in Randburg since the 4th of Jan I have not made any visits calls or follow ups and have given them the time needed to conduct the repairs on my vehicle. on the 23rd of Jan 2019 I received a call from Jaqueline stating that my vehicle is ready and I should come collect. upon returning my courtesy vehicle that same evening I get another call saying they have found over spray on my vehicle and it is not ready that I should collect on Thursday the 24th. on Thursday the 24th they discovered that a water pipe is damaged which was not replaced and now this will take another day. after no follow ups or calls made to myself I visited the branch again on Friday and I was then promised by the so called Director "Rodney" that my vehicle with either be ready or he will personally give me a courtesy vehicle in the next 2 hours and even thanked me for not screaming about the ********** non existent service and service levels . 3 hours later and still no call from Rodney and this is now already my 3rd trip with an Uber back to their branch on Friday an 2pm. I sat at reception from 2pm up until 17:15 PM only to hear 1. Rodney is busy and cant see you now, we cant find him in his office. Really ??? for 3 hours 2. Rodney asks the staff why is the client here and who asked the client to come through now ???? 2. Heard walking by staff complaining about their long hours, weekend work and yet do not get paid overtime … interesting read for the department of labour 3. For other individuals who happens to be a contractor painter to the branch waiting to receive his payment from Rodney since 12pm on the 25th and was still waiting when I left at 5.30.

I Then left the dealership with my car on the 25th at 17:30 with my number plate that was *****ed directly onto my bumper and was promised that my number plate holder will be delivered and installed the next week. the week goes by and no phone call from the dealership until I call in to be told that it was delivered and left on the wrong desk therefore they have forgotten. Disgusted, Angry, Appalled and then reached out to my insurance company that then intervened and insured my number plate gets sorted at my premises instead of driving to renew it AGAIN.

NOW the good part, I receive a call from Larna around Tuesday the 5th. Asked me about the history again apologised for what I have been through for the 3 DAYS OF USING AN UBER AND INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE PUT ME THROUGH. Promised to compensate me with a Fuel slip which I then DECLINED. if I can afford insurance and a vehicle surely I can afford to fill Petrol in my car. BUT SHE INSISTED AND SAID ITS PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO DO THIS AS A COMPENSATION FOR MY UBER COSTS. LARNA CONFIRMED: The fuel slip can be used twice and I don't need to use all at once She asked me to not come straight away and come when my tank is empty.....

what impression does the above give me ??????

Get there today and she comes out and gives me a fuel slip for R200. Absolute ****en Insult!!! they should have just let me be and never called me or offer to fix things instead of first ****ing your clients off, then insulting them. I know you guys give a damn about your clients but if I can at least share my experience with others I have achieved enough.

At this point I felt like driving my vehicle through that reception door. Larna tells me and I quote " I never said anything about a full tank of fuel" and If you don't want the R200 there's nothing that I can do....

IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY. I TOLD YOU GUYS I DONT WANT OR NEED YOUR MONEY! BUT NOW YOU MAKE ME DRIVE FROM ROODERPOORT TO MALIBONGWE FOR R200.
