Extremely the worst customer service ever

Renew it Randburg has the worst service ever. They towed my car after my accident 13th of December until 13 February and still no car. No feedback nothing. The lady Jacqueline has given me nothing but bad service. Whoever is in charge is slacking big time.... I've never received such bad service. If there's a business that doesn't care about its customers it's Renew it Randburg.
