Exceptional service from Jacque
Exceptional service received from Jacque. She kept me updated the whole time with regards to progress of my vehicle. Upon collection I discovered that the assessor only approved one of two damaged tyres to be replaced, she got authorosation from her director for a new tyre because she felt I could not drive like that because I had a little baby. I was speechless, not often that one gets treatment like that. Thanks again.
