Exceptional service !!!

<p>I had my car repaired at Renew It Randburg and my service advisor was Lana Adams.I was so impresseed with the service level I received from this lady. She is friendly, professional and updated me on a daily basis on progress on my car repairs. If I left a message for her to call me back, she'd call back within an hour. I have never experienced such good service at this branch because my car was there last year for repairs. I wish that her colleagues can learn from herand shine like her. Well done Lana, yiu're the best !!!</p>
