Excellent Service received from Lana

My vehicle was booked in a month ago. I was allocated to a service provider Zaine Anthony, but received no joy. No communication was received from him. I then called in many times and wanted to speak to him, but this to was fruitless. I was then told after 3 weeks of have a new service provider who will call me. Till date he did not even make one attempt to call. I then decided because my car went to Renew it before and Lana dealt so efficiently with my car that I should give her a call, which I did. She was busy at the time, but called me back within 30min. I am collecting my car today & I just want to acknowledge Lana. She came through. She took care of me even though I am not her client. Your excellent service is exemplary, truly. This type of service brings honor to any employer. Well done Miss Lana, keep up the good work. You took a bad situation and turn it around.
