Excellent service all round!!

From the very first appointment, the assessor that went beyond the call of duty, he not only checked the damaged part of the car, looked all around and noticed that my tyre had a bump (I had hit a pothole and never noticed it). I have since replaced the tyre, thank you!

The repairs went smoothly, I appreciated the calls and emails to keep me in the loop and after care service was amazing, thank you Nadine and Sophia. Repairs were done well and with all the polishing and cleaning, I felt as though I was collecting a brand-new car off the showroom floor.

Having an accident damaged car is a stressful experience, your excellent service certainly helped to alleviate that, thank you.
