Excellent customer service makes a business look very good.
Took my car in twice this year. The service was excellent. Second time had a bit of a snag but after raising it they effectively resolved it.
Vinolia and Manny have excellent customer service. They attend to your concerns promptly and are very professional....My car always came back as if it was new from the box....
Thank you Randburg Renew-it. More especially Vinolia and Manny....these two are great . They honestly make you feel at ease with leaving your car in their hands...excellent customer care/service!!!!!
And they always always have a smile on their faces...
