Excellent customer service and repair work

<p>I would just like to thank the guys at Renew It Randburg for the excellent service that they provided to me with regards to the repairs of my vehicle, in particular Lana Adams.</p> <p>It only took a few hours for them to contact me after my insurance gave the authorisation for the repairs to confirm my book-in date with me.</p> <p>The day I took my vehicle in, my repairs consultant Lana advised me how long my vehicle will be in and advised that she would keep me updated throught-out the whole process and true to her word, she did.</p> <p>Not only was I updated even before the parts came, but throught-out every single repair step both via sms and email and not ONCE did I have to call or follow up myself to enquire about the progress of the repairs.</p> <p>The day I collected my vehicle (it had been damaged due to an attempted hijack) it looked brand spanking new!! </p> <p>Thank you to the guys at Renew It Randburg and to Lana for the great service and the good repair work done on my vehicle.
