Enough is enough!
My brand new car was in a vehicle accident on 2 February. My car was towed in for repairs to Renew It based in Randburg.
As any person would understand - some things are just out of your control - we had to await parts for the car. This process took forever. The car then moved into the disassembling point but to my surprise to disassemble a front part of the car (bonnet and front panels) takes more or less two weeks...
According to the 'self-help service website' that you can track the current situation the car would be fixed by the 14th of March (more than a month later). As I had to phone (at my expense) again to find out what the situation is - it was said that the repairs are still on-going and that they are preparing the car for spray painting. (Another week passed). . Today I phoned (and I promise after answering the phone after the 17th time) the panel beaters (Renew It) to tell them that I will be collecting my car tomorrow afternoon - the answer was \It is not finished\". When I asked by when this process will be finished they said they will phone me back, which has not happened yet. I had enough. #ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!"
