Engine slusher cover
My vehicle (Ford Focus, CJ68LWGP) was involved in an accident and my insurance sent it to Renew It for repair. I was told that the car was ready for collection on Friday 20th July 2018 and when I got there, the engine slasher cover was missing. I was told that I can leave with the car and the slasher will be ordered and will be delivered latest by 23rd July 2018 and then I can bring the vehicle for fixing. Surprisingly until today, my issue has never been resolved at which I don't understand what is the delay and what is happening now.
