DOOR LOCK MESS UP

<p>My vehicle was involved in an accident in March 2017 my vehicle took a month and 2 weeks to fix, covered by momentum insurance. I have had to take my car back three (3) times since and I'm having to talk to them about it a (4th) fourth time for them to fix the only lock on the car doors. The lock simply loosens over time and can simply be pulled off the vehicle without the lock housing, the car is at risk. I have really run out of options as each fix is the "last fix" and the same thing happens. Insurance has been involved but their response is always the same, they will only get involved if Renew-It Randburg refuses to fix the car. Someone, please advise what more can one do at this point throwing your toys out the court just simply isn't working with these mechanics, a reputable company? You would think they can fix a market entry level car at least.</p>
