dont take your car to Renew-it RANDBURG - they dont know the meaning of the word service

I had my car repaired by them earlier in the year , everything seemed fine when I received the car . 2 months later the paint started to crack - I contacted Loyd at the branch and he said they would sort it out and will get back to me - I asked for a loan vehicle and he said they didnt have one at that moment but would let me know once they get one . I called him again last week after some time and Loyd pretended like he was surprised that his manager had not called me . He confirmed that he would get back to me . Its just over a week now and I havent heard anything . I can't see how VW has this repair centre as accredited . ABSOLUTELY USELESS .
