DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RENEW-IT RANDBURG!

So I was involved in an accident in early September, car got towed to Renew-It Randburg, repairs took longer than a month, this was a minor accident and my vehicle could have been repaired within a week but anyway, so as soon as I got my vehicle back after a fight ,it started making a noise where its been repaired. I have been trying to get my vehicle to return it to Renew-It Randburg for a week now and they haven't done anything. Staff at Renew-It is very unhelpful, not to mention the manager Sophia is even worse. If I can give anyone some advice, please don't let these people fix your vehicle, you will not get it back the way it supposed to be fixed and getting hold of anyone there is very concerning. After sales service is very bad, like very bad. Oh, I almost forgot, my husband also took his vehicle there for repairs and he had same problems, I mean what's the odds? They also love saying there is a 3 month waiting period on their courtesy vehicles. 2 years back they said the same thing to my husband. This should become their slogan?!?
