Disgruntled CLient

I am very ,Very upset and not pleased at all ,Feeling Disgusted . I bought my car in 2017 it is a KIA RIO, the car at the time had only 29000 Mileage on the clock and was basically like a new car ,everything worked perfectly ,car was always serviced on time at KIA the agent. I was happy with my car until I got into a accident in June 2018 ,the insurance towed the car to the hub and selected panel beater as Renew it Randburg . the car was bumped on the driver side door and right fender and nothing else looked damaged . Once car at Renew It ,it took them almost 2 months after the accident to fix the car . (Note car wasn't panel beated ,New Parts was ordered and still took them Renew It 2 months to fix .) Renew It instructed me to come fetch my car , it was a Friday . I then called in on Saturday to find out if i can collect my car and was advised that suddenly my car now is overheating . I gave them a chance to Fix the (Overheat Problem which again took almost a Month) After questioning where does the overheat come from ,I was advised that the damages is unforeseen by the naked eye . I got a call to say my car is ready for collection , this was a Saturday , I drove the car for about 2 weeks and then the car started to Overheat again , After I was told my car is perfectly Fine i then myself took the car to KIA in Constantia to have them diagnosed the car as it is still under warranty to find the fault .to my surprise the same day That Renew IT collected my car without informing me and KIA called to Advise that the car is now back at renew IT . Renew IT called and advised that they have managed to fix the car and that it was only the Fan Switch that was faulty.(Once again Insurance did approve everything ) Please note the time the car was at Renew IT ,they did organise a driver for just 2 days to assist me from home to work ,(that's All -taking in account i have a baby) i collected the car and drove it for another 2weeks ,AGAIN the car overheated and this time was worse ,the car didn't even want to start anymore and this was at night on my way to my mothers house .(Date was the 14th of September reported the car on the 17th of September . Renew IT only came back 2days later . Since the 19th of September ,the car has been by renew it , they kept the car for a week and then booked the car in at KIA edenvale. Its been a Month exactly since I have last seen my car ,Insurance once again have approved for KIA edenvale to strip and take car to engineers for fault finding To my surprise again ,Renew IT went behind my back ,no call ,no nothing to inform me that they will be taking the car , my husband is Fed up and decided to go to the offices personally and was then told that the car has been with Renew IT since the 4th of October and nothing has been done ,because they advised that they want to test new Technology on my vehicle .(what is that) today the 17th October they advised my Husband that they took the car back to KIA Edenvale . So to top it all off , I don't have a car since June ,Renew IT clearly don't care about their clients ,and service is bad . My baby is only 9months old and needs to go to crèche daily ,without a car i have to order trips on Uber ,which cost me a Fortune when a car Hire was organised , I was then told to pay R1500 refundable deposit which i didn't have ,based on this I had to decline this was my first car and ever since this has happen it has taken away my freedom and happiness with my car ,these days I feel like I don't want to own a car any longer ,because promises are big ,but to deliver is a problem .
