Disappointed
Experiencing bad customer service from this centre, this is for the second time my insurance take my car there. I regret allowing them to fix the car, no updates and no clear timelines for the repairs. The lady by the name of Patricia Chabangu is so bad in handling customers, I will call the whole day and the call centre agents would tell me she would revert back to me and wait for the entire day without response. Im quite disappointed.
