Despicable service

The service at this institution is atrocious. I was in an attempted hijacking on the evening if the 31/10/17 And my car was dropped off at renew-it on 01/11/17. My initial consultant was a guy named Ntando who offered me great service and constantly gave me feedback, even went to the extent of trying to organise me a courtesy car with Mercedes Benz SA. He's since left the company and in a space of 3 months ice had to deal with 2 different consultants namely Lucille and Vinolia. When I called for feedback they both knee nothing about my car and I had to bring them up to speed. Fast forward to present day I still don't have my car and I'm the one who has to call in order to get feedback. Vinolia doesn't respond to emails nor does she return phone calls. It is unacceptable. The service at this place leaves much to be desired. My car's registration is 778 SJF GP. At the end of this month I would have been without a car for 6 whole months.
