Delay and no respnse

My vehicle was taken in on 6 Jan 2016 for panel beating. Estimated date of completion 27 Jan 2016. Their website monitor shows vehicle will be competed on 27 Jan 2016 throughout this period. On 26 Jan 2016 I received a call from service adviser that it will only be ready next week some time but they can not give me a date. I left massages for the workshop manager Craig Cohen to find out why after more than three weeks there is more delays, why my vehicle was stuck in paint preparation for 14 days, why other customers were given perseverance and when my vehicle will be ready. I am not receiving any feedback. Please be warned.
