Defects in vehicle repairs - 5 months still waiting

Veehicle repairs were done on a Merc C200 coupe , collected on 5 March 2019 and my husband returned on the 12/13 March to highlight the following defects: - Boot handle - cracked cover - Headlights facing down, - Bonnet not aligned with front bumper and body, and - Bearings making a noise (diagnosed by one your guys)

Since then we have made multiple trips to renew it randburg, multiple phone calls and emails with no resolution or progress. The car is driving on a daily and further unknown damage is happening whilst these recast are not effected.

We are now looking at legal action.
