Customers service stinks in the long run

I was getting updates of the car that's being fixed. Monday I decided to call renew-it randburg to following up on the SMS they sent me on a Friday. I love their promptness I love their attention to customers BUT I called , was told they will call me back as they are handing out the keys and car to a customers, 2hrs later I call back coz no one called me, I was told they will call me again, an hr later I call again, put on hold for a long time and hung up, I called back later still the lady wanted to put me on hold, I refused to be put in hold, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD ANYWAY I hung up and we t then an email. I'm not a dog, I'm not under their mercy, neither are they, but I will not tolerate being treated like that. I told them never to call me back or email me unless its a call telling me my car is fixed. I want the contract binding renew-it and discovery and how it affects me and my car, 15 B/W/D is their turn around time...how many days have you counted down already as I was not told if there were delays in ordering of car parts, I'm assuming there was never a delay.
