Customer service makes the biggest difference!

My vehicle was repaired within reasonable time and I received regular updates by means of their automated comms aa well as calls from Sophia. I was extremely unpleased that my vehicle was returned to me with a dead battery, however, customer service consultant (Chaya) went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we got to the bottom of the cause of the battery issue.
