<div>My vehicle was booked in for repairs on June 18th, only taken into panel beating today, communication is a mess, no care for customers whatsoever, my 30 day courtesy car is gone, I'm the one stranded without a car! So much for an organization who bites off way more than they can chew, leaving us inconvenienced! I'm sending emails, no reply, I was there on Friday, manager hasn't even called me back as she promised! Total horror house!!</div>
