Service in this place is appalling, my car has been there for almost two months now for a very minor damage. every time I call- the consultant says she is going to call me back and she never does, and her feedback has been the same for almost four weeks now, that the car is in assembly, she will go to the work shop and check and call me back and I often have to follow up on her. Owww may I add My car was towed there early morning and when I went there midday to get my valuables a couple of things were missing! you find your staff nicely taped up only to realize later that they've taken what they liked. If you have a choice ask your insurer to find you an altertive repairer just not Renewit.
