Client service - the key to a successful business
I would like to compliment Mary Jane at Renew It for the excellent level of service. She constantly kept me updated regarding the repair process. She was a wonderful,professional and very friendly manner with the client. She is an absolute asset to her company. She gave me peace mind with regards to my vehicle being in excellent hands. She went the extra mile to offer an added service for a driver named Reggie to collect me from my residence, saving me the problem to get to my vehicle.
Reggie is an excellent addition to the Renew It group, his humble and kind service shouldn't go unnoticed.
I would like to thank Alexander Forbes for placing my vehicle with such an excellent company. Renew It group
