Car repair

My car was assigned to renew it randburg to be repAired after I was involved in a car accident.what I liked about this workshop is that it allows you to track your repair progress, so you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Lana Adams was assigned as my service consultant, and I made several calls to her to find out exactly how long it would take and she would explain. I however felt that the time to repair did not warrant the damages,, even taking into account ordering parts. I had to make alternative car arrangements as my insurance had already fulfilled their committment for my courtesy, so I had to incur additional charges, my frustration was that it was now taking over 3 weeks and I had to be out of the country and would not be around to collect and pay and did not want to be further inconvenienced with storage costs. I called Lana out of frustration and she was highly cooperative in getting the repairs expedited. All of a sudden, traction was made. <br> I do honestly feel that sometimes repairs are deliberately delayed, or put on hold unnecessarily. And I say this because, my repairs were suddenly fast tracked. Thanks Lana for being so helpful.
