Car Paint pilling off - fixed by renew it Randburg

With all the calls i had made requesting a call back for the past 4 months Concerning the scratches i had on my bonnet upon collection of my car from renew-it (RANDBURG)-Dated 29 Oct 2020. As per Jacquiline ' She had promised to provide feed back as to why a car would have a scratches right after it has been taken in for repairs .she even took pictures of how the car was when it got collected.the fact that i had to even get as far as to this point where i need to send an email due to a matter i didn't even cause. NOW THE PAINT IS PILLING OFF. what kind of service is this. i had even sent an email to the supervisors but seems like no one really cares about customers complaints. i need my car repainted, i feel all Insurances should not even consider utilizing you for panel beating services. if this how you treat all customers quires. by ignoring their emails and not even responding to their queries. this service is just so substandard
