Car in bad condition when picking it up

I took my car to Renew-it after it was damaged and I was told two doors on the left would need to be replaced.<br> I was told to remove EVERYTHING from my car which I did. A day or two later I was then asked to bring my spare wheel and jack as they needed to repair my wheel cap, I then took in both my spare wheel and jack as requested.<br> I was then left a voice message on my phone telling me my car is ready for collection last Friday, I unfortunately only heard the message Saturday. I called Monday to confirm if I could come collect my car and they said it's ready for collection. Monday afternoon I got to renew-it and when inspecting my car I was utterly disgusted in the condition they found appropriate to hand over my car!<br> The back seat was not assembled correctly, it was loose, the seats DIRTY, the window tinting was scratched, the spare-wheel was there but the jack was missing. That car was in a better condition when I dropped it off at renew-it! I was utterly disgusted in how they thought that was a suitable condition to give me back my car. I don't know if it's because I'm female or what. I refused to take the car in that condition and I hope it will be GOOD and CLEAN next time!
