Can't trust Renew-It to return your personal belongings if found in your car

Never take your car to Renew-It Randburg, they are NOT trustworthy. If you forget something in your car, you will never receive it.

I was involved in a minor car accident on the 24th of November. My insurance took my car to Renew-It Randburg for an assessment. My car was not terribly damaged, it was only my bumper that was scratched and the paint on the bumper cracked. Two days after collecting my car I realized that my cubby hole had been emptied at Renew-It. I don't know why they emptied my cubby hole because the damage on the car was on the bumper. They had no business searching my car. I had my spare house keys, temporary license and the car's manual in the cubby hole; my car only returned with the car's manual. I called on the 28th of November to ask for my house keys and temporary license to be returned and a lady named Lebogang said she would call be back. Till today (17th December) I have not received any feedback from her.

I am extremely inconvenienced because I do not have my temporary license. It's honestly upsetting that they cannot be trusted with things that are as insignificant as keys. I am now faced with an expense of getting a new set of keys.
