BEWARE! RENEW-it is a bunch of lazy lying ******!

My car was towed in on 01 Feb 2016, insurance approved repairs 23 Feb 2016. Renew-it confimed but inly ordered parts on 1 March 2016<br> 02 March 2016 I went there, only to find my car parked outside their premises in the sun. exposed to harsh weather conditions.<br> <br> Same day, they SMS saying my car has been loaded into the panelbeating section. I went back & Lana confirmed it had been stripped already. No word after that.<br> My curtesy car expired on 28 March & yesterday I went back only to find my car parked in the rain! no work done!<br> Lana continued to lie to me. said she put me in the waiting list for a urgent curtecy car last week. Only to find out I'm not even on it! I asked Naomi to email me their company policy but she fought with me insisting they \had me in mind\" & there are no company policies.1st come 1st serve. <br> <br> They gave another client a car & told me he's a doctor. I got mad & asked for the manager & he confirmed my car was meant to be worked on when they SMS'd me. He then promised me a car today. No follow up. <br> <br> RENEW-it is a ***** company. U keep our cars in the streets, blatantly lie to us & give out courtesy cars according to job descriptions? I want answers and action!<br> "
